CTG Brands Inc. Announces Strategic Acquisition of Giftcraft Assets,
Strengthening Industry Leadership and Customer Experience

Toronto, Ontario – September 03, 2025 – As President of CTG Brands Inc. (www.ctgbrands.com), we're pleased to announce our strategic acquisition of key assets from Giftcraft (www.giftcraft.com), a renowned wholesaler known for its premium-quality home décor, gifting, fashion, and lifestyle products.

Giftcraft, based in Toronto, Ontario, brings over 75 years of proven excellence, serving more than 10,000 independent retailers across North America as well as major global retail chains such as Costco, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Canadian Tire, and Loblaw. This broad customer base reflects Giftcraft’s strength across all retail channels, offering products that resonate with a wide range of consumers.

This acquisition significantly enhances our ability to offer consumers and retailers an extensive range of products that blend essential everyday items with Giftcraft’s distinctive, premium collections. Our intention is to operate Giftcraft independently, preserving its unique brand identity and culture. Following the closing of the transaction in early September, we will swiftly resume Giftcraft’s wholesale business, ensuring a seamless transition and continued service to their valued customers. We will selectively integrate shared service functions to drive operational efficiency, allowing Giftcraft to focus on its core strengths and established market segments.

We firmly believe this strategic move will further solidify our market leadership, offering distinct and meaningful value to our consumers, retailers, and vendor partners. By honoring Giftcraft’s legacy and rapidly resuming its operations, we aim to enhance customer experiences, regain customer trust, and strengthen our industry partnerships.
